Sarber Construction is a generational family business. Sam learned the trade from his grandfather — who originally built the company — and from his father. The knowledge, the craft, and the standards have been passed down through three generations of the Sarber family.

Sam now carries that legacy forward as owner and builder. The same fixed-price honesty, the same clean job sites, and the same commitment to building homes the way they should be built — for families who plan to actually live in them.

Headquartered in Sedro Woolley, we serve Skagit County, Snohomish County, and Camano Island. Every project comes with a one-year workmanship warranty and the same standard you'd expect from a contractor who lives in the same community you do — because we do.
